Apex Outfitters is a small growing Company that deals with Stitching of garments, branding and supplying of Workwear and safety products (PPE) to various such as Security companies, Factories, hospitals, mining companies etc. We are seeking to hire a field sales representative. He/She will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, establishing contact with existing customers, following up on potential new leads and undertaking market intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and turn them into customers.
• Update client/prospect information in the company database.
• Understand the payment processes put into place in order and communicate to customer.
• Generate sales reports each week and submit them to management.
• Collaborate with the team on improving marketing materials based on insights from the field.
• Always understand the current market trends including competitors and communicate such information to the management team.
• Meet or exceed the set sales target.
• Provide excellent customer service and credit management to all signed customers

Qualifications
• A minimum of a diploma in sales and marketing or a related course.
• Minimum 1 year’ field sales experience
• Direct sales experience working with customers
• Ability to demonstrate an excellent sales track record.
• Demonstrate excellent sales knowledge and skills.
• Strong computer skills and understanding of spreadsheet software.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with little direction or supervision.
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
