Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager- A Construction Machinery Business.
As a sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales & business development through customer acquisition and building long term relationships with customers which ensures higher recall value. You'll use your sales skills to increase sales on a wide range of construction and mining macheniries such as JCB, L&T, Hundai, Sany, CAT, Case, Kobelco & Komatsu products etc.
Responsibilities :
- Identify Sales Leads: Find potential customers who can benefit from our products or services.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding and meeting their needs.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards meeting the quarterly sales goals for equipment.
- Promote Products: Show clients how our products offer the best value in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
- Negotiate Contracts: Work with clients to agree on contract terms that are good for both sides.
- Customer Meetings: Meet regularly with existing customers, competitors, and financiers to finalize sales of our products.
- Collect Feedback: Gather reports on machine performance and customer feedback.
- Tracking Perfomance: Tracking the performance of Machineries Sold.

Educational & Experience Requirements
- B. Tech/MBA (Sales and Marketing) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3-8 years of relevant experience in selling construction equipments and transportation vehicles like excavator, compactor, loaders,bus, truck, cars etc.
