Sales Manager Position

Location: Dar es Salaam Reports to: Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fuel and energy sector.
  • Lead client acquisition and manage long-term customer relationships.
  • Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for site assessments and product demonstrations.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and client needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to PETRONITE’s growth strategy.
  • Work closely with Customer Care to ensure client satisfaction post-sale.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in B2B sales (technology or fuel sector experience preferred).
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to travel to client sites within Tanzania.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
