We are finding talent to be the first contact person in the country, you will drive market adoption of IVD product in Tanzania.

Responsibilities

• Implement from scratch our commercial strategy to achieve sales;
• Lead the development of strategic product ranges across market segments through direct selling and through distributors network;
• Select, recruit, develop and manage distributors;
• Implement high level customers support and ensure that products promote by the company are used appropriately as recommend by manufacturer;
• Ensure that market data are routinely and accurately tracked and updated;
• Built strong relationship with Key Opinion Leaders and manage country key accounts;

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and above in medical, biological, or life science related background;
• At least 10 yrs' experience in sales and marketing, product management;
• Established contact network to the target customer segment;
• Successful experience in Medical Devices & IVD within a leading company or strong local distributor;
• Knowledge of country's Medical Devices & IVD regulation.
