JOB DETAILS:
Duties & Responsibilities
• Shall achieve a sales target of selling not less than the agreed plots of land per month.
• Shall initiate Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
• Shall establishing new business plan(s) to achieve a sales
• Shall maintaining accurate records of plots of land sold in monthly bases and submit a report to the head of
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
• Reviewing sales performance and collection.
• Negotiating land sales contracts and packages offered by the Company on behalf of the

Qualifications
• Education: Must have a Diploma /Bachelor degree from accredited institution in any of the following field sales and marketing, commerce or equivalent.
• Negotiation Skills; Good negotiation and persuasive skills to convince clients to make purchase and reach a profitable
• Experience: not less than 1 year working experience
