Here's what you'll do:
- Fast response to inbound leads across multiple platforms
- Assess and book qualified leads
- Ask targeted questions to uncover urgency and career goals
- Own the strategy to maximize the show-up rate
- Work closely with closers to ensure accuracy

Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years in high-ticket sales or appointment setting
- Experience working in a big company (Fortune 500)
- Strong understanding of buyer psychology
- Track record of exceeding KPIs in sales
- Executive presence on Zoom and in writing
- CRM proficiency (ClickUp, CRMs, Google Suite, Slack, etc.)
- Perfect English
Nice-to-Haves:
- Background in career coaching and with executive clients
- Worked with execs before
- Know how career coaching and growth work
- Familiarity with remote launches and live conversion events
