Here's what you'll do:

  • Fast response to inbound leads across multiple platforms
  • Assess and book qualified leads
  • Ask targeted questions to uncover urgency and career goals
  • Own the strategy to maximize the show-up rate
  • Work closely with closers to ensure accuracy

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years in high-ticket sales or appointment setting
  • Experience working in a big company (Fortune 500)
  • Strong understanding of buyer psychology
  • Track record of exceeding KPIs in sales
  • Executive presence on Zoom and in writing
  • CRM proficiency (ClickUp, CRMs, Google Suite, Slack, etc.)
  • Perfect English

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Background in career coaching and with executive clients
  • Worked with execs before
  • Know how career coaching and growth work
  • Familiarity with remote launches and live conversion events
