Job Purpose

Provide high quality customer focused assistance to the business, promote sales as well as administrative and secretarial support

Duties and Responsibilities

• Attending to the phone providing quality and timely customer service  (taking orders,attending to queries, scheduling call backs etc.)
• Ensuring all orders and customer information are accurately logged into the POS.
• Proficiently coordinating and ensuring well-timed deliveries of orders
• Working aggressively to increase sales
• Generating client leads as well as making efforts towards increasing the number of customers
• Assisting with office admin duties as assigned
• Attend any other office duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
