This is a full-time, remote opportunity open to candidates based in the EMEA region.

About the Role

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, client communication, and process coordination. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive mindset to ensure seamless sales operations across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the sales team’s schedules, meetings, and communication flow.
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, leads, and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Follow up with clients and prospects to ensure satisfaction and resolve any inquiries.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure process efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
