JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• Provide information to customers regarding booking and reservation services for hotels, flights, or other travel services
• Answer customer inquiries about pricing, availability, and accommodations
• Book reservations for customers based on their specific needs and preferences
• Process payments and send confirmation details to customers
• Manage customer accounts and update reservation records as needed
• Handle changes, cancellations, and complaints from customers
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operation
• Stay informed about current promotions and packages to provide the best options for customers
• Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Attend to clients upon arrival and departure.
• All necessary filing.
• Posting and overseeing all stock.

Requirement:
• Ability to work in a team
• Fluent in English and Swahili written and spoken
• Excellent communication skill
• At least a degree in a relevant field
• Flexible with shift times
• Excellent customer service skills
• Understanding of the hotel and tourism industry
• Ability to work long hours.
