JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a committed, deadline-driven Sales and Marketing person to join our excellent Sales and Marketing team. The Sales and Marketing person will complete all tasks assigned by the Manager, you should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required.
The Sales and Marketing person should be willing to learn as much about the company as possible and be able to spot opportunities that have been overlooked by others.
As a sales and Marketing person, your role includes researching and developing various marketing strategies for our products and services. You will implement marketing plans and work to meet sales objectives. Also, tracking marketing and sales data and identifying areas of improvement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Develop sales strategies and approaches for various products and services.
 Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.
 Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
 Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company's managers
 Develop sales strategies and approaches for various products and services.
 Travel to meet clients as needed and answer questions from clients about product and service benefits.
 Create and maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
 Track sales data and works to meet organization’s objectives or sales team goals.
 Analyze data, demographics, trends, pricing strategies, and other information that can help improve marketing and sales performance of our products.
 Help to design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered in our organization.
 Adheres to company policies and procedures.
 Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
 Degree in Sales, Business or similar is required.
 Strong self-driven / motivation.
 Ability to teamwork and also work alone if needed be.
 Proficiency in a foreign language would be advantageous.
 Always present the company with professional appearance every time, everywhere
 Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
 Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
 At least 1 year work experience in sales and marketing
