Chinese-Tanzanian Joint Shipping Company (SINOTASHIP) is a shipping company based in Dar es salaam. The company is looking for competent, committed, self-motivated and enthusiastic SALES AND MARKETING personnel (2 POSTS) to join its Shipping Department team.

Responsibilities:
• Work out sales plan
• Develop potential clients
• Manage customer relationship
• Achieve sales targets
• Submit sales report

Requirements:
• 2 or more years’ sales experience in container lines industry will be preferred.
• Excellent sale performance track record
• Rich customer resources
• Adept at building strategic customer relationship over the region
• Dynamic, self-motivating with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Loyal, honest and trustworthy to the employer
• Diploma / Degree holder
• Good team work spirit
• Fluent English speaking & writing
