- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Supply management with reports on customer's needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
- Inform regular customers of new products or services and price changes
- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
- Persists in sales even in the face of failure.
- Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market.
- Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees.
- Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market.
- Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement.
- Makes product appeal to the target market.
- Trains other salespeople in the art of selling.
- Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary.
- Software Training, demonstration, and support to customers.
- Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of a product.
- Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines and targets.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
