Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and approach potential B2B customers, including retailers, wholesalers, educational institutions, and corporate buyers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery arrangements with clients.
Market Expansion & Growth
- Research the Tanzanian market to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
- Build a comprehensive database of potential business customers.
- Work towards expanding our market share by identifying and penetrating new business sectors.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Sales Process Management
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and track progress using a reporting system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Work closely with the UK team to align product availability with demand.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Experience in selling IT products (laptops, PCs, or related equipment) is desired but not mandatory
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Other Requirements
- Ability to travel within Tanzania for client meetings.
