Description
Rigor International is looking to recruit a Safari Sales consultant with sound knowledge of Tanzania, East Africa to create bespoke itineraries and sell Tanzania destinations particularly the Northern Circuit to travellers around the world .The scope of the role includes but is not limited to the following:
• Quality consulting to understand the needs of the client
• Promptly responding to queries and inquiries
• Preparing quotations for the clients that best suits their expectations and budget
• Efficiently and effectively action the travel booking process at all levels
• Provide clients with all the necessary travel information
• Being the go-to person throughout the planning and travelling phase
• Distributing travel itineraries
• Collecting client payments
• Approving supplier invoices for payment
Requirements
• 4 years of relevant experience as a safari consultant.
• Charismatic and have a passion for creating the most memorable, luxurious
experiences for clients.
• Driven and able to meet targets
• Delivering excellent client service from beginning to end
• Team player
• Have a positive attitude
• Great command of English
