The Role

As our Safari Planner Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of our safari itineraries and transfers. You'll work closely with our team to ensure exceptional experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute safari itineraries and transfers according to bookings

- Manage and train a team of safari planners

- Ensure timely park fee and accommodation payments

- Develop and maintain relationships with lodges, camps, and other vendors

- Create detailed, customized itineraries for clients

- Monitor and improve operational efficiency

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in safari planning or related field

- Proven leadership and management skills

- Extensive knowledge of major tourist destinations across Tanzania

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
