Job Summary:

micro1 is seeking a Russian Language Specialist with a passion for enhancing Generative AI technologies. This role offers the opportunity to shape innovative AI tools while honing your creative and professional skills. You will play a critical role in developing AI models to become more helpful, precise, and safe through crafting original content and providing valuable feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft ideal responses to AI prompts, ranging from factual queries to whimsical jokes
• Evaluate both human and AI-generated text for accuracy, safety, style, and relevance
• Perform peer reviews of other writers’ contributions
• Create original puzzles to test AI performance, such as writing scenarios involving social deduction games
• Explain how humor is influenced by context and culture
• Craft thought experiments to delve into ethical principles

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in Russian language
• Excellent Russian writing skills with a strong understanding of genre, style, and tone
• Ability to complete a Russian writing skills assessment
• Keen interest in playing with written language
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in teaching, tutoring, and/or editing is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in AI training or development
• Familiarity with text labeling tasks
• Demonstrated ability to work in a remote setting.
