Restaurant Manager

This role involves leading the delivery of world-class dining experiences, overseeing operations, and managing a high-caliber team to uphold MUV Group’s luxury hospitality standards.

  • Guest Experience Leadership:
    • Act as the brand ambassador, ensuring exceptional dining experiences at every touchpoint.
    • Welcome VIP guests, manage special requests, and handle guest relations with diplomacy.
    • Audit service flows, ambiance, and presentation to ensure flawless delivery each shift.
    • Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with poise and a white-glove approach.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Direct front-of-house operations with precision and executive presence.
    • Manage reservations and floor plans to optimize capacity without compromising luxury.
    • Ensure service spaces meet luxury standards in every detail, from linens to lighting.
    • Lead daily briefings on guest profiles, wine pairings, chef’s specials, and service expectations.
  • Team Leadership & Talent Elevation:
    • Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire a professional service team.

  • Financial Stewardship:

    • Authorize comps, voids, and adjustments per audit-compliant standards.
    • Coordinate with procurement and bar/culinary teams on inventory and spoilage.
  • Compliance & Brand Integrity:
    • Enforce hygiene, safety, and licensing protocols per 5-star global benchmarks.
    • Lead internal audits, mystery diner programs, and quality control checks.
    • Represent the brand during media visits, influencer collaborations, and events.
    • Ensure brand consistency in communication, presentation, and service.
• Candidate Profile:
  • Education & Experience:
    • Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in luxury fine dining, boutique hotels, or Michelin-recognized establishments.
    • Proven success managing premium guest experiences and large hospitality teams.
    • Exposure to international standards in wine service, etiquette, and premium clientele management.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficient in POS systems, reservation platforms, and inventory software.
    • Strong financial acumen with knowledge of restaurant metrics, forecasting, and reporting.
    • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
