Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff performance, maintaining food quality standards, and driving overall profitability. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality and hospitable customer service.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Manage inventory, place orders, and control stock levels and costs.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting, and reporting.
