1. Restaurant Manager
   Location: Krista Park Restaurant, Songea
   About the Role:
   We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee all operations and manage day-to-day activities. The manager will be responsible for creating and implementing efficient procedures, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring a high standard of customer service while guiding the team towards operational goals. 

    

   Key Responsibilities:

   • Deliver friendly, efficient service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
   • Evaluate and monitor employee performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
   • Organize and assign responsibilities to staff to ensure productivity.
   • Monitor restaurant performance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
   • Oversee receptionists, kitchen staff, and office employees.
   • Manage budgets and expenses, maintaining transparent financial records.
   • Foster good relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.

    

   Eligibility Criteria:

   • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
   • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
   • In-depth knowledge of restaurant and hotel management best practices.
   • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
   • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
