Key Responsibilities: 

    • Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms in a prompt and courteous manner. • Accurately enter and manage reservation details in the system.
    • Confirm bookings and send relevant correspondence to guests.
    • Update availability and rates across all booking channels.
    • Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth guest experiences.
    • Monitor and manage cancellations, no-shows, and overbookings.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Miracle Air standards and operational changes.

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or degree inTravel, Tourism or a related field.
  • Prior experience in airline reservations or the aviation industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems ( e.g GO7 System)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
