The business is growing, and we are looking at hiring for a Senior Broker in Tanzania who will be responsible for

Our client is a global leading Reinsurance Brokerage.

• Servicing current client portfolios
• New Business Development
• Brand Management
• Premium Collection
• Claims Management

We are looking for a self-starter who can manage themselves easily. This individual will have the seniority to communicate effectively at an executive level whilst possessing influencing capabilities.

What You Will Possess

• A proven track record of bringing in new business
• Ability to influence people
• Honest and reliable with a great work ethic
• A tertiary qualification
• At least 3+ years experience in broker sales

Ideally, we would prefer individuals who are already experienced in reinsurance broking but would be willing to consider individuals from the insurance broking space as well.
