This is a full-time, remote opportunity ideal for sales professionals with a strong background in tech-driven solutions and digital transformation.

About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead and execute business development strategies across the EMEA region, targeting enterprise and mid-sized B2B clients. You will play a key role in scaling market presence, closing high-value deals, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proven sales leader with deep experience in the technology or digital services space, along with the ability to manage long-term client relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities across EMEA markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level decision-makers at target companies.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to regional needs and trends.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on client solutions.
  • Monitor regional sales performance, analyze KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Represent the company at industry events, virtual summits, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide market feedback and contribute to product development and service enhancements.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, digital solutions, or IT services.
  • Proven success in managing regional sales across EMEA markets.
  • Strong network of enterprise and mid-market contacts in the tech or digital services sector.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional European or Arabic languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
