COMPANY OVERVIEW
SIKAF Eye Care is an Eye Health Centre that is located at Kamata Corner, Kariakoo Dar es Salaam. We are in the health field to examine, diagnose, treat and manage diseases, injuries and disorders of the eye. We are also in the business to prescribe and sell eyeglasses, contact lenses and vision therapy.
We have standard facility that is highly suitable for the provision of Eye health services while we also always ensure that in the line of carrying out our duty, we comply with the laws and health regulations of Tanzania.
Since we’re growing company, we need more employees so as to easily manage our service provision to our clients. Currently we need an additional professional on our reception and customer service sector.
SIKAF Eye Care is here by inviting application from suitable Qualified Candidates to immediately fill in the Reception Vacant Position before 20/04/2022.

POSITION: RECEPTION
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
• Welcoming patients and visitors, answering the telephone and answering any inquiries.
• Scheduling appointments and keep those appointments on time.
• Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
• Keeping a clean and calm office area.
• Registering patients, processing billing and payments, using medical software
• Faxing, scanning, filing, and mailing documentation.
• Comforting distressed patients – this may range from simply fixing any appointment issues that may arise, through to being the voice of comfort during times of extreme stress and emergency.
• Equipment sterilization and cleaning.
• Monitoring and ordering stationery and clinical supplies.
• Booking and organizing staff and doctor meetings.
• Maintaining information confidentiality at all times.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• Female, age not more than 40yrs.
• Certificate/Bachelor level of Education
• Excellent Written and Oral communication skills in Swahili and English.
• Competency in Computer applications: word, excel and Power Point.
• Must have ability to handle stressed Clients.
NB: 80% of work is through computer so the applicant must be literacy with primary Computer knowledge.
