JOB DETAILS:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in front office or customer service roles
Contract: 2 years with the possibility of renewal upon performance

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and suppliers with professionalism and courtesy.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and manage company emails.
• Manage appointment schedules, meetings and conference bookings.
• Organize and maintain front office and filing systems.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area aligned with the company image.
• Provide administrative support including document preparation, filing and logistics.
• Assist in coordinating internal communications and staff announcements.
• Actively manage and update the company’s social media pages with basic posts and
responses.

• And perform all other duties related to this post as instructed by the supervisor.

Required Skills & Knowledge:
• Diploma in Office Administration, Business Studies, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and oral communication in English and Kiswahili.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Familiarity with using Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp Business for client communication.
