Location: Hotel Verde Zanzibar – Azam Luxury Resort & Spa

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and stay organized
A professional, welcoming personality
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries
Handle phone calls, emails, and guest bookings
Manage schedules and maintain office organization
Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
