| DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | (i)To prepare Quantity Surveying estimations, (ii)To review contractual claims; (iii)To review Bidding Documents; (iv)To review guarantees and bonds; (v)To prepare and compile contract documents; (vi)To review application of Variations of Contracts; (vii)To participate in pre-proposal meetings; and (viii)To participate in pre-site visit meetings.

| QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE | Must be a holder of Bachelor Degree in one of the following fields; Quantity Surveyor or Building Economics or equivalent qualifications from a recognized Institution. The candidate must be registered with Architect and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board (AQRB) as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor.
