Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager for Food & Beverage (F&B) and Front of House (FoH) located in Arusha HQ and Entara Lodges&Camps. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining high standards of service and quality in both F&B and FoH operations for all Entara properties. The role also involves working closely with the management team to continuously improve service levels and operational efficiency,

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B management, operations, and service quality
• Lodge management expirience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Leadership and staff training capabilities
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Customer service and satisfaction monitoring
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the hospitality industry for at least 6 years.
