We are looking for profiles and CVs of Quality Managers that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.

Duties:

• Lead improvement initiatives ;
• Monitor all production quality functions ;
• Complete quality audits ;
• Execute company policies and procedures while seeking process and performance improvements ;
• Create and Revise processes/procedures ;
• Manage the development, implementation and maintenance of systems and activities quality ;
• Ensure a safe, conforming and quality product ;
• Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions ;
• Supervise employees and perform other managerial responsibilities ;
• Oversee the conformity of the production operations.

• Bachelor’s degree level is preferred ;
• 4 years of experience in a Quality related role ;
• Strong planning and logistical skills ;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills ;
• Strong organizational skills.
