QC Analyst

Role description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a QC analyst at Alfa Pharmaceuticals Limited in Dar es salaam, Tanzania. The QC analyst will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standard before they reach the market. Performing testing and inspections on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished pharmaceuticals products.

Qualifications :
• Perform chemical, physical and microbiological testing of raw materials, intermediates, and
finished products.
• Experience in using instruments such as HPLC, Spectrophotometers, FTIR, and dissolution
testers.
• Maintaining detailed documentation of records of all tests and procedures in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
• Prepare and review laboratory reports and ensure data integrity.
• Ensuring all testings are done according to pharmacopeial methods.
• Participate in investigations when test results are out of specification or when deviations occur in lab processes.
• Bachelor degree in Chemist.
