Apply now!The positionYou will work in the delivery team of the AMACE project, a new cloud-based platform for the statistical development environment used by Data Management and Biostatistics. We develop using agile SAFe methodology with agile events driving the planning and development cycles. The Python developer will be responsible for content and quality of programming deliverables, which will be part of the new AMACE system.The Work Is Divided Into Two TeamsWizardsYou Will
- Take charge of system setup and integration in our existing R/Python implementation (SCE-R).
- Identify the disparities between Python and R usage from an end user perspective.
- Develop a plan to bridge this gap and simplify the framework for end users, similar to the enhancements made for R.
- Create necessary Python packages and utilities as required.
- Contribute to the integration of Python in AMACE, including system improvements, release pipelines, validation, and more.
DataCrunchYou Will
- Drive and develop interfaces, workflows, dashboards in the AMACE system.
- Develop NN packages in Python and get Python implemented in Domino platform with packages aligned with our existing R/Python implementation (SCE-R).
Joining either team will give you the exposure to deliver presentation on demo sessions for team members and stakeholders; act internally as point of contact within the field of expertise, ensuring knowledge sharing and contributing to guidelines, trainings etc. As well as a chance to challenge status quo and seek out new innovative tools or ways of working to simplify processes.This role offers the flexibility to be filled remotely, allowing you to work from Søborg, Aalborg, Madrid, Boston, or Bangalore.Qualifications
- Academic qualification in IT or natural sciences
- 2-5 years of experience in programming
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python programming languages
- Knowledge within clinical database technologies, data models, and advanced programming techniques.
