Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Dar es-Salaam. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including tenant management, lease administration, property maintenance, and financial management. They will also be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with tenants and ensuring the properties are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Property and facility management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 - 3 years of experience in the same field
• Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Knowledge of local property laws and regulations
• Experience in budgeting and financial management
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
