Project Manager – Insurance Due Diligence Mergers & Acquisitions
We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager – Insurance Due Diligence (M&A) to join a high-impact team advising on strategic insurance risks for mergers and acquisitions.
You’ll play a central role in evaluating the risk landscape of target companies and guiding clients through the insurance due diligence process—delivering insights that shape acquisition outcomes and long-term risk strategies.
This is an opportunity to work on complex cross-border deals with top-tier clients and contribute to a fast-growing practice in the M&A advisory space.
What you’ll be working on
As a Project Manager in Insurance Due Diligence, your mission will include:
- Assessing the risk profile and exposures of target companies, in collaboration with our Analytics team;
- Conducting insurance due diligence: reviewing the target’s insurance programs, evaluating its risk management maturity, analyzing insurance policies, claims history, and other data room materials;
- Preparing benchmark analyses, participating in client meetings, gathering and synthesizing information;
- Estimating future insurance budgets for post-acquisition needs;
- Reviewing the insurance and risk management-related clauses of the Share and Purchase Agreement (SPA);
- Drafting due diligence reports with detailed findings and actionable recommendations;
- Structuring and placing post-closing insurance programs, in collaboration with the client and the Commercial Risk team;
- Acting as the key point of contact with clients, external advisors, and Private Equity partners throughout the engagement;
- Coordinating internal and global resources across specialties and geographies.
