Programme Officers (2 positions) based in Morogoro.  Applicants must have a relevant Bachelor’s degree in sociology, environmental science, rural and/or community development studies plus three years’ relevant experience. Closing date22ndJanuary 2021 (or until filled). We are seeking an individual with demonstrated skills and experience to deliver training, develop participatory plans and build strong relationships with beneficiary communities across Tanzania. The post holder will empower communities to activate their water-related rights, and will support our wider social accountability monitoring, policy and budget analysis, andevidence-based advocacy. They will ensure effective documentation, monitoring and evaluation, and lesson learning to support scaling up and system change for a fairer water future.
