What You’ll Do
As a Program Coordinator Intern, you’ll support the planning and execution of community programs, youth workshops, and digital innovation projects. This is a dynamic, purpose-driven role for someone eager to build a career in community development, tech-for-good, or social innovation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking ongoing projects
- Coordinate workshops, hackathons, and events
- Communicate with partners, schools, and volunteers
- Collect and manage program data and feedback
- Help build digital tools or content (surveys, graphics, reports)
You’re a Good Fit If You:
- Are passionate about youth empowerment, digital skills, or social change
- Are based in or near Moshi (or willing to travel occasionally)
- Can use tools like Google Workspace, Canva, or Excel
- Communicate well in Swahili and English
- Are reliable, collaborative, and motivated to learn
