We believe in inclusive innovation, local empowerment, and global connection.

What You’ll Do

As a Program Coordinator Intern, you’ll support the planning and execution of community programs, youth workshops, and digital innovation projects. This is a dynamic, purpose-driven role for someone eager to build a career in community development, tech-for-good, or social innovation.

You’re a Good Fit If You:

  • Are passionate about youth empowerment, digital skills, or social change
  • Are based in or near Moshi (or willing to travel occasionally)
  • Can use tools like Google Workspace, Canva, or Excel
  • Communicate well in Swahili and English
  • Are reliable, collaborative, and motivated to learn

What You’ll Gain:

  • Potential for continued involvement after internship
