Role description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Officer at Alfa Pharmaceuticals Limited in Dar es salaam. The Production Officer will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient production processes, maintaining quality standard, and adhering to regulatory compliance while also managing production schedule, staffs and resource.

Qualifications :
• Good at production planning and scheduling.
• Monitoring production output and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Supervision and management of all production schedules.
• Resolving problems by examining and evaluating data by corrective steps.
• Ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
• Maintaining high-quality standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Pharmacy.
• Must be a Tanzanian.
