Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and coordinate with outside vendors and clients ;
• Plan and organize production schedules ;
• Monitor the production processes ;
• Ensure that the production is cost effective ;
• Determine quality control standards ;
• Set product quality standards ;
• Supervise a team of workers;
• Set production budgets ;
• Determine the material resources required ;
• Estimate production costs ;
• Prepare and maintain production reports.

• Production / Manufacturing background ;
• 5 years of experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques ;
• knowledge of quality systems and standards ;
• Problem solving skills ;
• Teamworking skills ;
• Good communication skills.
