We specialize in producing Kombucha and a range of probiotic beverages, and fermented foods. Using the traditional small-batch brewing method, we prioritize our customers' health while maintaining a commitment to excellence in brewing and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet high-quality standards through robust QC processes, including lab work and routine quality control checks.
• Production Management: Oversee all brewing, production, and packaging activities, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, stock control, and ordering of raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and other supplies.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and train the brewery and production team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing improvements in performance, efficiency and production systems.
• Production Planning: Develop and maintain brewing and packaging schedules to meet forecasts and order requirements.
• Maintenance: Perform routine equipment maintenance, and support the team in maintaining the facility and equipment.
• SOP Development: Create, update, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve equipment, supply, and production challenges promptly.
• Compliance: Ensure the facility complies with health, safety, and accreditation standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in food or beverage production. Experience in Brewing or Kombucha is a plus, otherwise fermentation processes can be trained.

• Strong leadership, organizational and administrative skills.
• Proven ability to create and follow detailed instructions, SOPs, and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
• Ability to troubleshoot brewing and production issues with confidence and technical expertise.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, supplies, and equipment procurement.
• Analytical skills for data gathering, reporting, and decision-making.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency in IT and numerical tasks related to production management.
• Passion for the Kombucha or health foods industry and a commitment to becoming a leader in this emerging field.
