Job Summary:
The Product Support Operations Supervisor will optimize the daily operations of parts activities and enhance the performance of parts sales to ensure excellent customer service on-site.
Main Responsibilities:
• Assist the Site Parts & Service teams in meeting customer needs and improving communication related to parts supply.
• Monitor daily parts activities, including quotations, orders, invoicing, and ready parts collection.
• Manage, track, and provide updates regarding order status and delivery.
• Oversee customer Statements of Account (SOA), addressing any obstacles to ensure a smooth payment process and avoid overdue debts.
• Identify and resolve customers' parts-related issues, escalating them to the relevant dealer team members.
• Use demand forecasting and planning processes to recommend stock adjustments.
• Evaluate the performance of parts agreements with customers and dealer-related members.
• Support customers in keeping the parts catalog updated on a regular basis. • Follow up with customers regarding machine product link subscriptions.
Job Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in mining parts activities or a related role.
• Strong ability to delegate tasks and work effectively within a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with CAT SIS, TMI, Parts Vision, and other CAT parts-related websites.
• Experience working with Dealer Business Systems.
