This is a full-time remote opportunity for professionals located within the EMEA region.
About the Role
As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in translating business needs into functional product features. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact digital solutions. This role requires strong analytical thinking, user-centric focus, and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, refine, and manage the product backlog based on business objectives and user needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements
- Ensure that features and functionalities are clearly documented and communicated to development teams
- Work closely with engineering teams to guide the development process and ensure successful sprints
- Conduct regular backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions
- Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle
- Analyze product performance and user feedback to inform continuous improvement
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in a software or digital product environment
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
- Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams is a plus
