Product Marketing Manager - Sales Enablement (IDE Services Team)

Built with our largest enterprise customers in mind, it allows for centralized control and automation of AI technology usage, simplifies management of developer tools, ensures cost control by streamlining license management, and enables collaborative development practices.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will take ownership of the sales enablement activities for JetBrains IDE Services.

As part of the IDE Services Marketing and Business Development team, you will own the whole cycle of development and regular updates of the sales enablement collateral, training the customer-facing teams and ensuring our messaging and positioning are aligned across all materials. Working closely with our sales, sales engineering, customer success, marketing, and product teams, you will be responsible for ensuring our sales teams have the best assets at all times and are adequately trained to represent IDE Services in customer-facing roles.

As this is a new role for the team, you will need to experiment and iteratively find the best-fitting solutions and approaches, from both a business and cultural point of view.

Your success will depend on:

  • Adoption and usage of sales enablement materials by sales teams.
  • Sales team confidence and effectiveness (measured through feedback and win rates).
  • The impact of sales enablement efforts on deal velocity and conversion rates.
  • Your ability to build and nurture a productive relationship between the sales, sales engineering, customer success, marketing, and product teams.

As part of our team, you will:

  • Develop compelling sales materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers, and competitive comparison sheets, to support JetBrains' sales teams.
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, ensuring account executives, SDRs, and solution engineers have up-to-date messaging and positioning for IDE Services.
  • Build and optimize demo narratives that effectively showcase the value of IDE Services to enterprise customers.
  • Develop internal FAQs, objection-handling guides, and talk tracks to help sales teams address common customer concerns.
  • Establish and conduct regular sales training sessions and workshops to ensure teams understand the product value, differentiation, and key messaging.
  • Organize knowledge-sharing sessions with sales and solution engineering teams to collect feedback and continuously refine positioning.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify gaps in knowledge or materials and proactively address them.
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to ensure sales messaging aligns with broader go-to-market strategies.
  • Tailor our messaging to different audience segments, ensuring that the sales team can effectively communicate with various stakeholders and key customer personas.
  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives with tailored sales content and engagement strategies.
  • Act as a bridge between product marketing, sales, and customer success, ensuring a smooth flow of information and alignment on priorities.

  • 3+ years of successful marketing experience for B2B products or services, with a proven track record in sales enablement.
  • An understanding of the software purchasing process in enterprise environments.
  • An ability to understand the technological context of the developer tooling space, learn new concepts, and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
