- implementation of all stages of the ordering process
- market analysis in terms of alternative products and new suppliers
- monitoring the timeliness of deliveries
- cooperation and maintaining relations with contractors
- conducting trade negotiations
- handling tender procedures

- higher education
- very good knowledge of English, enabling cooperation with foreign teams (at least B2 level)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Microsoft Excel
- negotiation skills
- ability to analyze and solve problems
- knowledge of SAP, Doxis is welcome
- knowledge of the German language is desirable
