The Principal Technology Alliance Partner Manager establishes and manages strategic relationships with technology partners to support Camunda's go-to-market (GTM) efforts. This role reports to the Vice President of Global Partners and involves developing and executing partner plans with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs to drive joint sales success, enhance the Camunda C8 platform, and expand market reach.
This is a strategic role that is critical for expanding Camunda's ecosystem through technical alliances that enhance our product offerings and drive business growth, while ensuring that Camunda C8 Platform offers the leading Process Orchestration & Automation solution in the market.
What you'll be doing:
- Collaborate with Product Management to identify, recruit and develop target partners aligned with product roadmap requirements for the Camunda C8 platform.
- Define and develop partner GTM plans inclusive of integrations, joint value propositions/positioning, marketing & demand generation, revenue opportunities.
- Oversee marketing, demand generation, and content development in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Manage pipeline metrics, monitor progress towards goals, and support the sales team in account mapping and opportunity alignments.
- Maintain strong trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
What you bring:
- Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
- Proven experience in partner management with technology/ISV partners, preferably with industry experience in Banking, Financial Services & Insurance, Telecommunication.
- Experience in the process automation, BPM market with Camunda skills a plus but not required.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with technology partners and internal teams to drive joint sales success and influence key stakeholder decisions.
- Strong understanding of product integration, GTM strategies, and sales alignment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong asynchronous work skills, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.
Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.
The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:
- United States: $229,500.00 to $344,300.00
- Germany: €152,700.00 to €229,000.00
- United Kingdom: £148,800.00 to £223,100.00
- Singapore: S$285,100.00 to S$427,600.00
