- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in underwriting and phone verification processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high-volume workload
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
