Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-depth technical expertise in reservoir engineering, production, and drilling to empower AI-driven learning models.
  • Produce and review detailed technical documentation on petroleum engineering concepts, processes, and best practices.
  • Utilize your understanding of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics to create and validate AI training datasets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists and AI engineers to ensure accuracy and relevance of technical content.
  • Interpret well logging and testing data for integration into AI algorithms and digital tools.
  • Apply your proficiency in computer modeling software (e.g., Eclipse, CMG) to simulate reservoir behavior and optimize content creation.
  • Communicate complex engineering principles clearly through both written and verbal channels to technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in reservoir engineering, production, drilling, and operations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and materials science.
  • Familiarity with geology, geophysics basics, well logging, and testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on expertise in industry-standard modeling software (e.g., Eclipse, CMG).
  • Strong technical drawing and blueprint reading abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill and convey complex concepts effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience collaborating with AI or technology teams.
  • Deep understanding of AI applications in the energy sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and independently in a remote setting.
