On behalf of a prominent Dubai-based holding company operating across multiple sectors, we are hiring a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO. This is a full-time remote role open to candidates located within the EMEA region, offering the opportunity to work closely with top executive leadership in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
About the Role
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will be a critical extension of the executive office, ensuring seamless communication, effective time management, and operational efficiency. This role demands high discretion, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring agendas, materials, and follow-ups are handled efficiently.
- Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other high-level documentation.
- Support the CEO in tracking strategic initiatives and operational priorities.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Liaise with various departments and senior executives to ensure alignment and timely updates.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and executive support across business activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar support role.
- Prior experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leadership.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication tools (Zoom, Slack, Notion, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (Arabic, French) are a plus.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a flexible, adaptive approach.
