JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our petrol stations, with added responsibility for managing financial records and reporting. This hybrid role requires a candidate with strong leadership abilities and a solid background in Accounting or Finance. The successful candidate will ensure smooth station operations, maximize profitability, and maintain accurate financial reporting across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the efficient day-to-day operations of multiple petrol station sites.
- Analyze sales reports, fuel inventory, cash reports and margins to optimize profitability.
- Lead and support station managers and staff in achieving performance targets.
- Develop strategies for increasing sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with fuel suppliers and make sure that fuel reach to its destinations as required
Accounting duties:
- Monitor and manage financial performance, budgets, and cost controls
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly payroll as per the company policy
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations or financial management, preferably within the fuel or retail sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple locations simultaneously.
- Familiarity with fuel station operations is a strong advantage.
