Job Description:

Managing the entire operations of a farm, overseeing all processes including growing, harvesting, drying, exporting, sales, accounts etc.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in the Floriculture / Flower Industries in East Africa (Kenya or Tanzania)
• Experience with Roses and Lilies preferred
• Must be willing to set up the Operations and be involved in all export processes
• Must have good spoken and written English
• Kiswahili is preferred but not a requirement
• Must have a Driving License
