Mshamo Group Solutions (MGS) Limited is looking for a suitable person to fill a vacant position of a Business Operations Manager at its Head Office, in Dar es Salaam.

Job Purpose
Oversee daily operations of the company in compliance with SLA and Company operating policies and procedures. He/she will also manage MGS operations projects covering Client support, Business support, Channel agents onboarding and Business integrations with the aim of improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure monitoring of all core MGS services and operations.
• Determine and publish regularly operations Key Performance Indicators (KPI)for each business unit.
• Support Business, agents and channel partners in day to day issues resolutions and create robust processes to improve experience and fast track delivery of issues.
• Manage all MGS Operations projects - New and Enhancements of existing ones.
• Track, monitor and report project progress to business on daily, weekly, monthly basis, and advise executives and external teams appropriately.
• Ensure new service / product is in line with regulatory requirements and compliance.
• Measures business growth by analyzing performance data, financial data and activity reports.
• Monitor agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services.
• Responsible for various business adhoc reports requests.
• Determine areas needing cost reduction and advise executives on improvement.
• Manage staffs, oversee work schedules and assign specific duties.
• Manage and retain relationship with clients.
• Researching on new business opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those opportunities.
• Conduct any other duties as may be assigned by the Head/Executive(s).

Qualifications and Experience
• University degree in Business Management or Business Administration.
• Must have proven 3 years experience in management role prefarably within the Telecom industry with capabilities in managing portfolio.
• Experience in Mobile Financial Services Operations will be an added advantage.
• Strong Analytical skills & MS Excel proficiency.
