Rigor International on behalf of a client in Arusha is looking to recruit an Operation Manager whose responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:-
•Developing and Implementing strategies that will ensure a positive experience that exceeds guest’s expectations
•Work collaboratively with all department managers to make sure operations are running smoothly
•Anticipate all guest needs and respond promptly & accordingly
•Establish and maintain standards for staff performance and customer service
•Maintaining full knowledge of all inner working of the hotel, including room rates, hotel policies, specials, availabilities, VIP guests, hotel events and more.
•Staffing the hotel appropriately.
•Reviewing employee behavior, appearance and performance
•Conducting daily meetings to ensure that all departments are in working order.

Qualifications:
1.Must have background in running a hotel in a similar position for not less than 5 years.
2.Strong leadership skills.
3.High level of responsibility and accountability.
4.Strong management, communication and organizational skills.
5.High levels of integrity and self drive
6.Ability to improvise and come up with solutions promptly.
