Introduction
BareFoot International Limited is a company dealing with agricultural inputs, including fertilizers, seeds, agrochemicals, and farm equipment in Tanzania.

Barefoot International Limited, distributes agro-input products through a network of Sales Agronomists who outreaches all regions of Tanzania.

Barefoot International Limited is looking for a Sales Agronomist who will be responsible for selling and marketing (providing sales and marketing support), dissemination of good agronomic practices knowledge, and maintain good customer relationships (CRM). The main goal is to market/promote and sell agriculture inputs to the allocated market segments.

Duties and Responsibilities
⦿ Responsible for selling and marketing exclusively BareFoot’s products and provide the best agronomic services on how to use those products.
⦿ Develop and maintain close customer relations by establishing professional relationships by providing exclusive intended goods and services.
⦿ Observe and timely communicate changing market dynamics, and future/forecasted potential demand.
⦿ Remain informed on technical developments, marketing trends, and competitor strategies via networking and personal development.
⦿ Management of Inventory in his/her custody.
⦿ Timely delivery of customer orders.
⦿ Build a network of customers to drive increased demand within the territory

Qualifications
⦿ Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Agriculture, Veterinary (Animal health) or relating fields
⦿ Must be able to promote, sell, negotiate, and influence
⦿ Must be able to drive and must have a Driving License
⦿ Must be willing to adopt an extensive travel schedule
⦿ Understand and clearly communicate changing market dynamics
⦿ Positive team-first attitude to allow excellence in a fast-paced team environment
